Terms and Conditions for LuNiKy Grooming

1. General

By using the grooming services provided by LuNiKy AG, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, well-being, and best care for your pet while in our facility.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed by LuNiKy AG.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled or shortened at the discretion of LuNiKy AG.

3. Pet Health & Behavior

  • All pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases, fleas, and ticks.
  • Owners must inform LuNiKy AG of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns prior to the appointment.
  • Aggressive or unmanageable pets may be refused service for the safety of staff and other animals.

4. Vaccinations & Documentation

  • Pets must be up to date on all required vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.
  • LuNiKy AG reserves the right to refuse service to any pet without proper vaccination records.

5. Grooming Process

  • Grooming times may vary depending on the pet's size, coat condition, and temperament.
  • Any matting or severe tangles may require additional time and fees. In some cases, dematting may not be possible, and shaving may be necessary.
  • LuNiKy AG is not responsible for any minor nicks, cuts, or skin irritations resulting from necessary grooming procedures.

6. Liability & Risk

  • Owners acknowledge that grooming involves inherent risks, and LuNiKy AG will not be held responsible for any unforeseen reactions, injuries, or health issues that arise during or after the grooming process.
  • In case of a medical emergency, LuNiKy AG will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, LuNiKy AG reserves the right to seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

7. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due upon completion of the grooming service.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for special handling, dematting, or extensive grooming needs.
  • No refunds will be issued once a grooming service has been completed.

8. Photography & Marketing

  • LuNiKy AG may take photos or videos of pets during their visit for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your pet's image to be used, please inform us in writing.

9. Customer Agreement

  • By using LuNiKy AG's grooming services, owners acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • LuNiKy AG reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
