What grooming services do you offer at Luniky?
We offer full grooming for cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes—including baths, blow-dries, trims, full styling, nail clipping, ear cleaning, de-shedding, anti tic package and even spa extras like clay masks and pawdicures.
Do you groom cats too?
Yes, we offer grooming for cats with the same gentle care and stress-free techniques we use for dogs. Contact us to learn more or schedule a session.
When should my puppy come in for its first groom?
We recommend introducing your puppy to grooming at around 12 weeks old. Early visits help them get used to the sounds, smells, and handling in a positive and safe environment.
How long does a grooming session take?
It depends on your pet’s size, coat condition, and the treatment. Generally, sessions take between 1.5 to 3 hours. We’ll let you know the estimated pickup time and give you a call 30 minutes before your pet is ready.
Will my dog be put in a crate?
No crates here! Dogs are allowed to roam free in the store – our staff make sure they’re happy while they wait. Cats can wait in the grooming room outside of their crates; or in their crates, depending on what the owner prefers.
Do you use drying cages?
Absolutely not. We have a strict no-drying-cage policy. Every pet is hand-dried by our experienced groomers for a safer, gentler experience—even if it takes a little more time.
Can I stay and watch while you groom my pet?
We love how much you care! However, most pets get too excited or distracted when their humans are nearby, which can make grooming unsafe. You're welcome to tour our spa for the first few minutes of the session and call anytime for an update while your pet is with us.
Do I need to bring anything for my pet’s appointment?
Please give your pet a potty break before arriving. Nervous pets may do better on an empty stomach, but a light meal is okay too. Feel free to bring your dog’s favorite toy, blanket, treats, or a photo of your preferred haircut style!
Do you use hypoallergenic grooming products?
Yes! We use high-quality, hypoallergenic and natural products, specially selected for sensitive skin. Let us know about any skin conditions or allergies when booking.
How often should my dog’s nails be trimmed? Do I need an appointment?
We recommend monthly nail trims. No appointment is needed, but calling ahead can help you avoid a wait. Want to spoil your pup? Try our Deluxe Pawdicure during their visit!
My dog can be aggressive or nervous during grooming. Can you help?
Yes! Many dogs are anxious due to past experiences or fear of grooming tools. We specialize in working gently and patiently using massage and gradual desensitization. We may suggest a custom grooming plan with shorter, spaced-out sessions. Let’s chat and find what works best for your pet.
What if I’m not happy with the service my pet received?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, please let us know within 2 business days—we’ll do our best to make it right. We take great pride in our work and want both you and your dog to leave happy.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and offer that time to another pet in need of pampering. Appointments that are cancelled within 12 hours will be charged in full.
